Thanks to everyone who helped me out the other day at Jim’s Locksmithing. I was in a really bad predicament and everyone was wonderful. Amber helped me out with all the arrangements, Steve was great at the counter, and Todd was very efficient at the house. I will be definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help!

Called to have electronic door lock repaired. Lock was repaired. A few days later, lock isnt working properly again. Later repair done again. Again lock wouldnt work properly. Why cant these people fix something right the first time? Three visits to finally fix a lock that should have been fixed the first time.

Terrible service the lady who answers the phone is increadably rude and couldent wait too get me off the line , almost felt like I was "bothering her" wont be calling there again.
