Stay away from them!!!! Or get robbed.... don’t believe me, i dare you to buy something and make sure when you buy it, tell them to OPEN IT UP and MAKE SURE ITS NOT USED

I went in to buy a telescope and they guy working there named Alexei trued to hustle me the moment i told him i know nothing about telescopes. He tried to sell me the most expensive ones and didnt explain at all what the differences were and was ringing me in without me even agreeing on what i want. I managed to leave since he made me feel very uncomfortable and came back on a different day. Told him i had no money and he didnt even want to talk to me until i had money. Worst experience ever

Do not buy from this store before doing your own research. This store is too expensive, you waste your money.

Avoid them like plague for online purchases even if they are cheaper. I tried calling to the store for a BO item because they did not answer their emails in a timely fashion and talked to a very rude and unrespectful guy who said that the online store is a completely different business than the brick and mortar store. The problem is that it's the phone number that they say to call if you have a problem with your order in the confirmation email. Go figure. Finally got a refund for the BO item but

I live two hours away so I called in advance about selling my scope. I was told I would need to bring it physically to the store to have it evaluated. Upon arrival I am told it is $90 for the eval. No mention of this fee ahead of time. Shady.
