Ottawa St-Laurent Jeep & RAM

I know what people are talking about. Bought my van in Feb 2015. I was promised an auto start. Was not told until everything was changed over to the new van that the auto start was out of stock and would be in 2 months. Finally in sept they install a different model auto start (not a mopar) I complained to the better business bureau and Ottawa dodge lied to them about the bad service I received. Will never purchase there again.

Worst customer experience I have ever had Will not return

Terrible Customer Service and experience. Never trust a smiling salesperson as once you signed off on a vehicle you are no longer treated as a client or valuable customer but now their piggybank. No professionalism to remedy vehicle purchase issues. Go elsewhere.

Would not recommend. I am from out of town so i trust my new car transaction to them(was using a thirdparty finance company and this is who they used). I have no problems with the vehicle but the staff have no idea what each other is doing. It took them 10 days to register the vehicle in my name and get me the ownership. I called to ask a question the lady that answers the phones was rude and had no idea who to put my call through to so i said try finance. I got an answering machine left a message no response after 4 days. They took more then 2 weeks to pay out my old loan so i had to pay all the extra interest fees. Bad experience all around.
