FOOD IS GREAT BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I FIND THE WORKERS TAKING MY ORDER HAD A ATTITUDE PROBLEM THEY SEEM IMMATURE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. MY ADVICE CHANGE NOTHING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wishing for Better Service

I've heard from several people in the area how great the food at Chez Nous is. However, I went there today and thought wow, do the people work here like serving people at all. I honestly felt like we were imposing and they weren't friendly to the least. The girl working in the kitchen was just rude and so was the young girl working at the cash register. I asked a simple question and my answer was short followed by an eye roll. Would it kill the people who work there to smile or even seem that there job isn't hell for just a moment? Really not impressed at all with their service or lack there of.

So I decided I wanted to try out the famous Chez nous poutine ! In fact the Poutine was great a real poutine with lot of sauce and cheese ! But the discusting service turned me down a little and made my meal taste a bit sour ! The girl at the cash was talking to me like if she wanted to slap me in the face ! I almost felt bad to disturb her ! So I like the food hate the service !

The food was excellent. Still very warm when I got it. I got my food in less than 30 minutes. The lady at the cash was nice, and smiled a lot.

There ceasar salad was the bomb!!!! The cook (also the owner) was young and beautiful, always smiling even though she was busy cooking answering phones baging orders and working the cash. The food was fresh and very tasty. The store was a home away from home. Happy environment!!
