Ronan Levy saw there were changes that could be made to the gold-buying-and-selling industry, and decided to act on it. “We saw the industry needed a different approach, one that valued its customers,” says Ronan, president and operator of Toronto Gold. “Too often, I hear of stories of people getting lowball offers on their prized possessions. I think the key to good business is treating your customers the way you’d expect to be treated.”
Along with his business partners, Ronan is turning the gold buying-and-selling experience into a more pleasant one for customers. Ronan and his staff are honest, up-front and try to help people get the best deal possible. “We update our gold prices every hour and show people exactly how we come to the price we can offer,” says Ronan. “No haggling. Just the best price possible. It’s what sets us apart and what drives our business.”
