We had our driveway done in North Etobicoke today. The crew arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. and worked diligently to finish just after 8:00 a.m.! We are very happy with the way it looks. Great job West York Paving ? The Nicholson family!! ?

We had our driveway done last year by West York paving. I called for an estimate and Joe was able to meet me at my earliest convenience. We discussed the job and agreed to have my driveway ripped out in 2 weeks, they arrived on time were efficient and didn't leave a mess. After 3 weeks they came back on time once again and paved the driveway, my husband and I were ecstatic with the job it could not have come out better. Excellent crew and even better customer service!

Continuing lack of service and professionalism that started immediately after signing the contract:Excavation delivered by the company, but no gravel fill for 3 months. In October 2014 paving installed but not graded properly (directing rain water on the building). That is against the Ontario and Municipal Building Code. E-mails x3 sent to the owner and sales representative who inspected the work on Oct. 17, 2014 promised to send the crew to remedy the flow of rain water. 8 months later NOTHING.

Last year this company came to my house to do the paving on my driveway and did not do a good job. They didn't do it properly and also broke a pipe outside my home and didn't even tell me. On top of it all I had to pay for the damages. I do not recommend this company.
