Hôpital Charles Lemoyne Cliniques externes - Suivi intensif dans la communauté

My mother is in this hospital, and even though the law for medical establishments gives us the right to be served in English and French, half the staff doesn't even speak a word of English. After one week they can't even tell me (the English ones) what is wrong with her and everyone just seems to just treat us like we're annoying them.

Terrible, avoid at all cost.

délais interminables. aucunes nouvelles apres 4 mois de demande de soins au département de chirurgie thoracique et vasculaire. RIEN !!! Même pas un accusé de réception. C'est lamentable et inhumain !!!
