After a fantastic weekend traveling from Owen sound to Red Rock Ontario, we were heading home & learned that we urgently needed help to sort out some car issues, thankfully we were around Sudbury & went right to Back in action Automotive, where they got right to work & replaced our alternator, they were kind, fast & efficient which we are very thankful for! My vehicle needed a ton of work. It was done in a timely fashion, at a very reasonable price. He explained what was needed re: what I took the vehicle in for, but let me know what he saw otherwise that was imminently necessary. and when another issue emerged, not a foresseable thing, Barry fit us in, at my convenience. I would recommend to anyone who wants honest feedback on a vehicle's needs, and a pleasant and accommodating guy with which to work.
